Order Processing and Production
Production Time: Custom products typically require 7-10 business days for production after final design approval.
Shipping Time: Standard shipping requires an additional 5-7 business days. International shipping times and fees may vary.

Refund and Cancellation Policy
Due to the custom nature of our products, refunds and cancellations are subject to the following terms:
1. Designer Mockup Phase:
Full refunds are available if the order is canceled during the design phase.
2. Sample Phase:
If a physical prototype is produced, cancellations will incur a non-refundable fee of $100 or 20% of the total order value (whichever is lower).
3. Full Production:
Once production begins, cancellations are subject to a 60% non-refundable fee to cover material and production costs.
4. After Shipping:
Orders cannot be canceled or refunded after shipping. Under special circumstances, partial refunds may be issued at Spawn Source’s discretion, excluding shipping and production costs. Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Return and Exchange Policy
Defective or Incorrect Products:
Claims for defective or incorrect products must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.
Provide your order number, detailed description, and supporting photos.
If approved, we will replace the product or issue a refund.
Non-Returnable Items:
Customized products are non-returnable unless there is a production error or defect.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and clearance items are non-returnable.
